Just purchased a CPO 5 Series. Davis over in the finance department took care of everything for me. They arranged to pick me up from the Airport, had the car fueled/detailed. They did such a good job detailing it, that I walked right past it in the show room! (Looked like the 2024 model, not my 2021) Every interaction was pleasant, from the Parts Shop to the Sales Manager. I was in and out of there within the hour. AMAZING/UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. We were on vacation near Mt Airy and our car started acting up. Turns out a line to the throttle body was loose. They diagnosed it and fixed the problem at No charge. They even washed our car for us. We still can't believe it. We will be coming here when we are ready for a new car. Can't beat the honesty and great service.

My X5 was scheduled for its first service appointment with Tyrone in person, at the time of scheduling all my questions were answered. I was very pleased and made comfortably during the inception, which allowed me to moved past the nightmare experience I had with the dealership that I purchased my BMW with.
