Just purchased a CPO 5 Series. Davis over in the finance department took care of everything for me. They arranged to pick me up from the Airport, had the car fueled/detailed. They did such a good job detailing it, that I walked right past it in the show room! (Looked like the 2024 model, not my 2021) Every interaction was pleasant, from the Parts Shop to the Sales Manager. I was in and out of there within the hour. They installed a new grille, I purchased, free of charge. I highly recommend Flow BMW. The Flow team exhibits Professional Excellence and has a unparalleled commitment to serving their community.

AMAZING/UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE. We were on vacation near Mt Airy and our car started acting up. Turns out a line to the throttle body was loose. They diagnosed it and fixed the problem at No charge. They even washed our car for us. We still can't believe it. We will be coming here when we are ready for a new car. Can't beat the honesty and great service.

I would like to extend a great big thank you to our service advisor Tyrone for his professionalism, dedication and customer support. My X5 was scheduled for its first service appointment with Tyrone in person, at the time of scheduling all my questions were answered. I was very pleased and made comfortably during the inception, which allowed me to moved past the nightmare experience I had with the dealership that I purchased my BMW with. Today my appointment went seemingly well, holding true to my instincts upon my first encounter. Once again, Tyrone answered all my questions and even contacted the other dealership to obtain warranty information. A courtesy that I appreciated since I had no interest in speaking with them. My entire experience was documented with information via video and extensive descriptions. As an owner of a luxury vehicle, these details are very valuable and extremely appreciated. My vehicle also required an update with my key fob, I was introduced to Luis who assisted myself and my husband with our needs. Our car was completed with its service, returned to us in perfect condition and we proceeded home with a secure feeling. Once again thank you for providing a five star service to those who worked on my BMW!
