Andrea and Ivan were very personable and professional, I LOVE my 2020 Silverado Trail Boss!! My only complaint is that I should have been made aware of the amount of my trade in before the paperwork was printed (I'm sure I could've gotten more at auction). Overall it was a great experience and I will have all my service done there.

I have several GM vehicles including a work truck that is constantly needing maintenance due to high usage. My diesel tank became accidentally contaminated, I called James in service in full panic mode, he got me a quick tow, dropped the tank, drained and flushed my system and I was back on the road in no time. Terry, the service manager loaned me his own truck to retrieve a valuable trailer I had to drop in order to be towed and they worked as a team to ensure a timely turnaround as I was due out of state with that trailer as a delivery for my transport business.
