Had a wonderful experience with Brad, our sales person, and with Steve, the general manager. Finance office doing the paperwork was wonderful as well. Have never had an experience this smooth previously. So glad we found our truck and such a great dealership.

I had a mechanical issue with my car after dealership hours. First thing the next morning, without an appointment, I went to the dealership and was taken in promptly. They found the issue and repaired within several hours. I couldn't be happier with Jon Ross, his friendliness, and professionalism. Mary King makes the final steps (payment) easy and pleasant. She is thorough, always happy, and a wonderful asset to Dale Earnhardt's dealership. I will always take my vehicle to Dale Earnhardt's.

They are very thorough and clean with there job they really check components out and if any defect they will come to you and ask if you want it repaired and explain the matter of the problem and when you give them permission they get rite on the ball with it very well respected customer service top of the line. I will always keep coming back I've never had no bad dealing with them they have always done my vehicle professionally they way it should be done. I rate this one a 5 star for sure.

I had a 3:00 appointment. I was there before 3:00 and waited. I think maybe service was behind that day. It took a while for them to start. However, always top notch service quality work !
