I highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet! I purchased my truck from them in January. The entire team provided excellent service, especially Luis C, who made it a terrific experience! While searching for a new vehicle, I visited multiple dealerships, but Courtesy was the only one that gave me excellent service even when I was "just browsing". As soon as I seriously considered acquiring a new truck, I instantly went to Courtesy based on my previous browsing experience. Upon arrival, I knew I had made the right choice, as the staff and service were excellent. Luis was attentive throughout the whole process and answered the 1001 questions I had. Even after the sale, the follow-up has been fantastic, and their service department has been attentive to any questions I've had. My wife and I plan to return to Courtesy when she is ready to upgrade her car, as they managed to turn what could have been a stressful experience into a great one.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Courtesy Chevrolet that truly exceeded my expectations. It all began with the outstanding service provided by Luis in the service department last week. He patiently explained the recommendations for my vehicle, distinguishing between essential needs and recommended services. His expertise and thorough explanation were truly appreciated. Moving on to the sales department, Sergio Griffin, the Internet Sales Manager, went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and preferences in finding the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. Danny Valle, the salesman I worked with, was attentive and ensured that I felt well taken care of during the process of browsing and test driving multiple vehicles. It is evident that Joe Raymond leads a team of knowledgeable professionals at Courtesy Chevrolet. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy or sell a vehicle due to their exceptional service and customer care.

I went to look at Ford Explorer Limited Edition at Courtesy Chevrolet which for us is weird we never buy Chevrolets. I had intended to use my Ford Mustang as a trade in. Once there a very helpful and cool guy named Ernie G. assisted me. They offered me what I wanted for my Mustang, we worked a deal and within three hours I was signing papers and the deal was done. The staff was pleasant, and professional. I’ll miss my Mustang but love my new Explorer with all the bells and whistles. Thanks for a smooth and easy transaction.

Dear Courtesy Chevrolet, Two of your employees were very helpful to me today. They went beyond what I'm sure is outside of both of their job descriptions. Thank you to Jeremiah, Lot Attendant, and Kris Jones in Sales for taking care of my flat tire. On my way to the Trader Joe's next door to your dealership, I got a huge bolt stuck in my tire. If you're familiar with the Trader Joe's parking lot, you know that it's no place to try and fix a leaky tire. I knew that Courtesy Chevrolet was next door and thought it might be a better space to check out the situation. Kris came out and asked how he could help. He and Jeremiah found some key tools, and Jeremiah was able to pull out the bolt and plug the tire with my tire patch kit. (I guess not all cars come with spare tires anymore!). The huge hole is patched and holding air. I got to get my grocery shopping done and made it home safely. Thank you Jeremiah and Kris!

Everyone was great and they fixed my car faster then I expected. Erin was great with frequent communication/updates. I would have given 5 stars if they had washed my car. I have been to other Chevy dealerships that do this and it is a nice customer service touch since being in the shop can make it dirty.
