Bought a new car for the first time last Friday. Jared and Arthur made the process easy and were very transparent. I didn't feel like Arthur was trying to upsell me on any options he presented, and helped me sign up for options that helped me in the long run. I found some minor paint defects on the car Sunday after a wash, Jared and his team replied QUICK to help me out. 10/10

We really had a positive experience at the Columbia Honda service department recently. We were traveling from Kentucky to Kansas and realized something was wrong with our car. Sierra was very kind, compassionate and accommodating. Coty in the parts department was very professional and polite as well.They serviced our vehicle quickly and we were in and out within about an hour.
