They make you feel like you are a valued customer and that they will take care you. This second purchase felt so easy. They got me great deals and treated me fairly. Picked up an F-150 a few days ago, and was extremely impressed with the service from this dealership. Nate was able to guide me through the process without any issues and answer all my questions. The truck was exactly as described with no issues to be found. The in-house finance department was also a big help, and Jeremy helped me find a better offer than I'd been able to find on my own. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a family-owned business experience. Friendly, clean, not pushy, great customer service all around. This is one of very few vehicle-purchasing experiences in which I walked away with a good feeling. I have no problem driving over an hour to do business with people who treat you like a person instead of a number.

Sales team was great: Got me in, set up with a salesman, and engaged on short notice before close. The salesmen were great, Cesar, although new to this specific dealership was extremely knowledgeable on not only Ford but also vehicles and features in general , personable, and made the experience better than other dealerships and Basili also made sure that I was taken care of from the get-go. The only knock, though not worthy of losing a star, was that one of the middle managers came in on the day of the sale and rushed us and the sales team through the early paperwork and wasn’t very friendly at all. That said, the rest of the team was great. TL;DR: Good and personal sales team that have the knowledge to get you in the right direction!
