Alex is your to go guy for car buying here! From the very start he was very honest, friendly and attentive. Throughout the entire process he kept us in the loop and was willing to met us halfway for the car we were interested in. The process was lengthy but thanks to Alex it was headache free. He stayed with us to the very end until we had the keys in hand. If you want a dealership that’s honest and doesn’t intimidate you to buy a car now Clear LakeNissan is your to go but make sure ask for Alex!!!!

Ernesto, my service advisor and Julian from the rental department were the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with! I always had the best regards for Clearlake Nissan but this recent visit was so phenomenal due to the unwavering commitment to give me the best customer service. They both exceeded my needs and expectations. Ernesto and Julian's customer service and communication skills were top notch and professional. I will NEVER go to another Nissan dealership. I live 10 miles away from another one but I will always go 45 miles to Clearlake Nissan. Thank you again Ernesto and Julian, and the Nissan Service department for fixing our baby and getting us back on the road asap!

Gabby was awesome and made the process smooth and easier than I could have even hoped. He was super friendly, transparent, attentive, and helpful. Mr. Pat was also awesome to meet and chat with, and everyone was so cool and made me feel so comfortable. I truly appreciate the experience and will gladly send anyone I know their way if they're interested in buying a vehicle. Amazing experience.

From the time we got to the dealership to the time we left, everyone was knowledgeable, which is rare, and also very informative on what steps were coming up and what needed to be done to get us into our new car. Recently had my Nissan Frontier serviced at Clear Lake Nissan. I was receiving multiple engine fault codes. The folks at the Service department did a thorough job of troubleshooting and correcting the issues. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Mike and Julian for their assistance. Keep up the good work and definitely recommend!
