I was greeted by Braxton as soon as I walked on the lot. He ask me a few questions and was able to immediately point me to the right vehicle. He was knowledgeable and quick to teach with great patience. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Patrick. Was able to quickly run the numbers and get me a price that worked for me. After a short time of making a decision, I decided to purchase a vehicle and met with Sergio. Sergio was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about my extended warranty and service plan. He introduced me to Randy one of the service advisors. He was able to answer a few of my questions about the service department and insured me that I would be taken care of. This is the first time I've ever purchased a Ford, and if this is the type of standard that the sales with the service department is held to. I will be buying a Ford for the rest of my life.

I’m very happy with the service I received and the way I was treated during the sales and finance process. They did not pressure me in anyway and were very accommodating. The team at Cavender was great to work with. They did a great job of explaining all the features of our truck and pricing options. Brian in the service center is truly AWESOME! He was quick to let us know the problems with the vehicle with photos to make sure we truly understood what was going on and was so prompt in keeping us up to date on the status of the repairs.
