I had the opportunity to get myself a new car from Bob Howard Chevrolet thanks to Andrew!!! He was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. He is a genuine and caring people person! It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him. If I could rate more than five stars I totally would! ?

Nick and Brett at Bob Howard Chevy was awesome. I tied a couple other places that were absolute jokes. These guys are really customer oriented and got a fair deal on my trade and a great deal on my new truck. Once I made up my mind on the truck I wanted the paperwork side was really quick.

Taylor did a great job communicating and working out a good deal on my new truck as well as my trade in. His follow up has been good as well. My truck was purchased from another dealer, so the following might not be an accurate statement of Bob Howard Chevrolet. As I was getting ready to leave the dealership, we noticed that the parking sensors and blind spot monitoring were not working. The dealership tried to fix this, but would require another appointment. I'm from out of state, so this would not work for me and I'll have to visit a local dealer here. Also, the tonneau cover that was added was not installed properly and leaves about a 1/4 inch gap by the tailgate allowing the elements to get into the bed. I'm going to try and fix this on my own, otherwise I'll have to take it in to be fixed as well. Overall, I enjoy the truck, but don't really appreciate having to take an $80K truck in for service the same day I bought it. Like I said, this might be on the dealer where the truck was purchased, but as a consumer, I shouldn't have to deal with this after spending this amount of money. Once fixed, the truck will be very nice.
