I went to get my brakes replaced and the day after I picked up my car, the check engine light came on so I contacted Vernon right away and he told me to bring my vehicle back in asap. They were able to find and fix the issue (not their fault, just a faulty part from the previous auto shop i went to) and did not charge me anything out of courtesy. Vernon, my service advisor does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. It’s nice to have the peace of mind, knowing everything is done correctly. I am always happy with the service i get from BMW of Las Vegas in Sahara. Can’t recommend them enough!
