Dealership experience is different from person to person and situations. Just sharing mine. We had great experience in this dealership with the staff and services we received. The finance person Ali was really helpful and fair. Adam Noble was very informative and helpful too. We had our leased return bought out by this dealership with a bit of equity profit. Thankful to them and recommending this dealership.

Great place to shop and have your car serviced. People here are very friendly and treat you as a person. Everything here is very clean and shows very well. Logan their Sales Manager is very courteous and knowledgeable. The dealership has quite a few new and used cars available. Definitely a dealership for all your BMW needs. Follow up to my original post: The staff is always friendly and the management has been superb in follow up and support. I wish all car dealerships were this way in treating their customers as family. Best place to purchase and service your BMW.

My Service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and personable, she responded quickly to my text and is a true professional, however; I was disappointed when picking up my fathers vehicle with the outside washing, there was bird feces on it which ruins the paint and the windshield has watermarks on it.
