Really great experience with very friendly staff. Upon walking up, my boyfriend and I were immediately greeted by the sales manager and met with Noor to help us out. We ended up trading in my 2018 Chevy Cruze for a 2023 Acura Integra. I feel like they really worked with us to get the price we were wanting. Aside from that, I appreciated that they spoke with me as an equal along with my boyfriend. As we were car shopping at other dealership, sometimes salesmen would only really have conversations with my boyfriend, who was only there to support me, and not really talk with me (the actual buyer), so I really appreciated not feeling overlooked in any way, personally. Overall, I’d recommend them based on the great customer service I received while there, and if you’re looking for pre-owned vehicles, ask for Noor. He was great! I am so excited about my new car! Thank you, Noor, for being such a great help!

Absolutely obsessed with my Alfa Stelvio from Bishop Maserati...Brian made my decision really simple, answering a bazillion questions and being patient with my process...which was to buy a car at different dealer and just "look" at the one they had, but getting into the Stelvio at Bishop I didn't even go any further. I fell in LOVE. Preston and the finance team got my paperwork done with a quickness and Brian made sure every ask I had was over-delivered on. I'd give them 10 stars but Google only offers 5. I'll definitely return. Thanks y'all, but especially you Brian!

What a pleasant surprise it was to enjoy a car buying experience. I just purchased a very nice used Porsche for Bishop and was very pleased with the above and beyond service I received. My sales person was Noor and he was very professional and really went the extra mile to earn my business. Thanks Bishop I will be back for my next car!

THANK YOU JOEL AND DAVID!! When I first contacted this dealer after seeing my new car I was very hesitant because I’m a California buyer and this dealer is in Texas. I called i guess after hours and right away was received a text from my sales guy David and he ended up talking the next morning. He showed me a throughout 360 video of my car Inside and out. Any request I had he completed it for me. He would actually be talking on the phone around 10-11pm sometimes because obviously I was buying a 100k car and was very nervous with bunch of questions. We worked out an amazing deal and the price I wanted. They set up my transport to California, handled my financing for me at a very good rate. Then upon receiving the car it arrived with damaged parts on the seats and a CEL! I was furious as you can imagine but JOEL the sales manager took over and immediately made it right, he didn’t fight me at all and instructed me to immediately go to my local Mercedes and he will fix it! Whatever it costs. That right there made me truly have nothing but respect for JOEL AND DAVID for handling this matter right away and professionally. Most dealers sell you a car and adios, don’t call us back, but clearly bishop Maserati has an amazing team and cares about their image. if you are looking for an amazing deal and to work with a ethical dealer come buy a car from bishop Maserati!!

Oscar was my salesman and was willing to work out a deal with me which got me my new 2019 Ram 1500. Absolutely love it! Great staff!
