(Experience on 2/24 with Jake Elitzer-Sales/Leasing Professional) I am so pleased with my first experience buying a car through Toyota. I bought the 2018 Buick Regal GS edition, and Jake made the process very straightforward , easy-going , and overall satisfying! He was very charismatic through the process trying to find the best avenues for me to find my dream car ! I am very pleased with my experience ! I should note that i noticed a couple cosmetic defects after purchase (nothing severe), BUT, Toyota is being extremely professional after I made them aware: reaching out to me, giving business cards, fixing the issue at the dealership with no extra costs, as well as letting me use a dealership-vehicle while car is getting worked on. Overall satisfied with my experience !!!

Last week on our way home from a vacation, we hit a pothole on I-39 blowing a tire. As we live in northern Wisconsin we were not going to make it home with the little spare tire we had. We called Bill Walsh Toyota, speaking with Katie Wilhelm, she let us know that they had a tire to replace and told us to just pull in to the service bay when we got there. Julio Sanchez met us as we pulled in along with Katie. We were so thankful that they could get us in so fast. Jose Garcia had a full schedule plus now fit us in. The staff kept us updated on the progress, offered us coffee and water, told us upfront what the cost would be and were just great. Jose personally came to explain how he worked on the tire as the rim was slightly bent. After 2 hours we were back on the road heading home. We were so impressed with this dealership and cannot thank Katie, Julio, and Jose enough. You are the best!!

As a teenager this was my very first time buying a vehicle, I bought a 2023 Tacoma. I can confidently say you should seek out Jake Elitzer. As far as buying a car goes, Jake was about as no-haggle of a salesman as believe you can get. I felt as though he genuinely wanted both of us to leave this deal happy, he made the whole ordeal comfortable and straightforward, as well as being personable. We had a mix up and a truck I wanted ended up selling to no fault of anyone, but Jake and his manager Dave surprisingly promptly traded with another dealership for a slightly more trimmed out Tacoma. On top of that, they got my final price cheaper than that of the truck I originally wanted. Overall my experience with Bill Walsh is definitely worth my recommendation.

Purchased 2024 rav 4 January 31. Our sales rep Jake was seriously the most personable and knowledgeable representative of Toyota and its customer care needs. Took his time and patience with our purchase decisions carefully. Not pushy at all and great attitude toward our needs. Explained all the details in full and beyond. Felt like having your best friend have your back. So yeah.. Definitely recommend Jake and toyota brand for the professionalism, courtesy and safety features of the vehicle etc.. even took the time to test drive the vehicle due to my new buyer nerves ????. We most certainly tell everyone to go to bill walsh toyota 4000 Columbus ottawa. Amanda in the finance department also super professional and efficient at her work also ???? and the friendliness , customer service oriented atmosphere far exceeds expectations in the most positive way imagined. I am very pleased with our decision with the toyota rav 4 and loving the vehicle and all it offers for my needs and the future.. basically, toyota is safe and reliable and so is this facility. Thank u ????
