Phenomenal experience. Communication was thorough and clear. The car price was unbeatable and they during the inspection they addressed every one of my questions. Juan was great to work with and I was in and out within 90 minutes. Cannot recommend highly enough. Update - I noticed a tail light was out about a week after I purchased the car. I asked Juan if there was anything he could do and he offered to fix it the next day, free of charge. It took less than 15 minutes and they completely updated the wiring to make everything work. Unbelievably helpful.

Excellent dealer. Highly recommended. Great pricing. I purchased a 2019 Ford Transit 250 extended/high roof here in April 2020. Vehicle had low miles and was in excellent shape. I converted it into a camper and have since driven it more than 12,000 miles across the country. I've had no problems whatsoever. I worked with Juan, and he was fantastic. Getting the vehicle registered in DC in the height of COVID was challenging (because of the DC DMV backlog), but Juan took care of everything, sending me temp tags as needed. Overall, a great experience.

The best place to buy a car. Not only are they all high quality, but they are extremely "no pressure" oriented. There's no constant phone calls and harassing emails. Seriously the best place. I bought my Hyundai for well below market value and its in wonderful condition. Juan was wonderful and really made the experience less stressful. He really walked us through the whole process and explained step by step what we needed to do. 1000000% will return and recommend anyone looking for a car to go here.

I bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier from Best Auto group. The truck had some issues with it and the owner agree to fix them. The truck didn't pass MD inspection since it had a hitch, suspension and shock problem. The owner agreed to pay for it to be fixed so it would pass inspection. I had to make several trips to the dealer and back because of the issues. The owner handled everything very well and was very respectful. I would be careful and make sure the vehicle you purchase is fully inspected properly since there were some big issues that were "missed". At the end of the day the dealer is trying to make money and he sells car at the lower end of market price. Just make sure that the vehicle you are purchasing doesn't have any issues and I recommend bringing someone who knows about vehicles to the dealer before purchasing. Would I purchase from them again? Yes, but only if I had a mechanic there when purchasing.
