Rick was so great to deal with!! I had called to inquire about a vehicle in transit, he called me immediately when it arrived and even stayed late, until I was able to leave work, so I could test drive it. He was not pushy, and was upfront with all of the information...which is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a car sales professional. (I dread buying a car because of the unprofessional sales people who treat me like I have no idea what's going on.) He made the process SOOOOO incredibly simple, all I had to do was go in to sign the papers!! It was super convenient and I didn't have to miss work or parts of my busy life to purchase a car!! He walked me through all of the features of my new Trailblazer, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The service department does an excellent job of taking care of any problems that pop up, worked me in fast. They have some really good mechanics that know their stuff. And the " old" service writer is still there and very helpful, I think his name was Jackson.
