In my experience with AutoNation, the appraisal process was efficient with no wait time. However, I found that the offer on my vehicle was lower compared to offers from other companies. On a positive note, the agent I worked with was professional and courteous throughout the process. I ended not selling my truck.

Great dealership and over all really impressed by the upper management. The way they welcome and make you feel like a part of the family as they are very clear and upfront about the sale and provide all the info you need. They are the most amazing place I have ever been to buy a car, not only was Whitney amazing with us, but she did most of the work so that we didn’t get stuck driving an hour and a half for nothing, she and will got us into the car of our dreams in literally 24 hours and they both did everything over the phone!! Will worked amazing at the deal we got for our car and he was a pleasure to talk to on the day of signing, Whitney is like a friend you haven’t seen in so long. She makes you feel like family!!! Great experience, I took my truck in for 60,000 mile maintenance which takes awhile. There was an employee there I wish I got her name. She saw that I was working while I waited and offered an open desk to me. She also took it upon herself to check on my vehicle when it was taking awhile. She found my service manager and made sure everything was squared away. She also took coloring pages to children the waiting area and employees stopped by her desk to say hello. You can just tell her thoughtfulness, kind heartedness and care radiated out of her. What a wonderful person you have working for you!

AutoNation Provides incredible customer service. My truck was stolen in May of this year and I was sent to AutoNation by a friend who used to be in Sales there. My Sales person was Michael C. who was very patent and worked hard to get me into the right truck for my budget. Joseph D. my Customer Financial Services Manager got me set up with a loan and all of the warranties I requested and explained everything in detail. Everyone at AutoNation made the purchase effortless. I recommend the dealership as the best one I have used.
