Doug is WONDERFUL to work with. The whole process of purchasing my vehicle was joy! I have never enjoyed buying a vehicle. He's honest,helpful and informative. Doug doesn't push you. He takes time to make sure you are satisfied. I will be going back to him when another purchase is necessary. Side note: the young man helping him over this summer surely learned a great deal.

We bought our daughter's vehicle there in May and worked with Doug. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. She took her car to college almost 2 hours away and had some issues with it overheating. Had it towed to two places near her. Received a quote from a local garage and then called Doug. He went completely out of his way to have it towed to him and did all the repairs necessary to get it working right. I just couldn't believe even though he didn't have to because technically the warranty was null at this point, he stood by us and did everything possible to help. Would I recommend them? Doug was OUTSTANDING! He is refreshingly honest, trustworthy and fair. He went far above and beyond what I expected from a dealer. He gladly permitted and helped facilitate my due diligence in buying a new car to be inspected by my own mechanic who i trust and have used for years. Doug corrected at his own cost what I would have considered normal wear and tear by replacing brake pads and rotors even though he really didn't have to. He treated me with respect and dignity, whereas I found at least 13 other dealerships that belittled me and treated me like a "little lady". Mind you, I am not a mechanic, however I spent 6 years helping my other half rebuild a 57 Ford Fairlane and all of my life doing simple mechanical jobs as brakes, exhaust, radiator and tuneups etc. so I am not completely in the dark. After I purchased the Jeep I realized that the differential fluid was leaking and Doug replaced the seal, cleaned it out and added new fluid at no extra cost. I cannot say enough good things about this delearship and DOUG in particular. He is outstanding and I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dealer in all of my life. I HIGHLY recommend Autokraft and DOUG in particular. He is pleasant, easy going, honest and fair. I LOVE my 2008 Jeep Liberty. If or WHEN I need a new vehicle I WILL be seeking out Doug at AUTOKRAFT again.

Recently purchased a car for my teen daughter from Auto Kraft. They have changed my opinion of used car sales! Mark was helpful, honest, no pressure and took care of everything we asked for.
