Ok I gave 5 stars but it didn't start off that way. Brandon who was our original agent was doing his job but in overkill.. after some options we finally got a great car. But we asked for a car fax and a manual.. didn't happen at 1st. In fact we was given a car with a dummy key that could only crank it but not unlock it. That was no fun. Brandon was told to let us know but he didn't. Anyway this experience only ended well because Coty Williams and Larry Cain made sure we got everything we needed and the right key was paid for, and the car fax was given and the manual was paid for by Larry Cain and its being delivered directly to my residence! Overall this was a great deal and I recommend Auto Direct!

Whoever left less than 5 stars obviously never dealt with Coty. Best car dealer and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not pushy, is very knowledgeable, and an obvious good man. Will definitely buy from him again! Wife absolutely loves the car!
