All the guys at Austin’s Auto Sales were very nice and made the experience great! Especially Wayne and Anthony! This was my first car buying experience and it went very smooth! Went in thinking I knew what I want but once I saw all the cars there I went with something completely different and I’m so glad! Wayne even made sure to take me around hills and curve on the test drive since I told him I travel Snowqualmie pass often! Definitely recommend! I am in love with my new car:)

I left a message over the weekend of a car I was interested in, Wayne got in touch with me first thing Monday morning. I’ve been working many hours and wasn’t physically able to go look at the Vehicle until this weekend, I mentioned that I’m like 10 minutes away from their car lot and asked if it would be possible to bring it down on my lunch hour for a test drive. And Wayne brought it down at my lunch hour for me to test drive it. Who does that anymore? From test driving it on Monday to being in my driveway on Tuesday, this was the easiest experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had! Wayne is a great salesman and human being! Austin’s auto sales is the way to go.!! Very friendly representative.. they really make sure you drive off the lot with a very reliable car. I came to see and test drive a 2010 Audi Q5 and was a bit mad when it had some problems driving but that sale represented WAYNE make sure he found me something else , very reliable and I drove off the lot the same day. Big shoutout to Wayne man. Hope he stay there for long time till I need a another car again
