I had a great experience with all employees especially Brian who is Astoria Ford dealership's expert detailing technician. My 1994 Chevy Silverado truck was pampered with a complete detail and Ceramic coating application which surprised me when I came in to pick it up. I dropped off my truck at Astoria Ford and left it overnight and was shuttled by Brian who picked me up from my apartment when my truck was done. I was very impressed with Brian's expert results and I am so grateful to him and his staff. I recommend Astoria Ford for your auto Ceramic coating detailing. ! The service was a damn good job. Chris was a pleasant fellow, followed up well on getting things. Done and chased down the parts I needed and got them installed. The technician/Mechanic knew jeeps and that boasted my confident in the repair being done right. I don’t know his name but like to have it he’s gained my trust. I already have another project in mind just need to get the cash together

My first visit. Very friendly! Each conversation felt personal and attentive to what I needed. Tom was great in setting up the appointment and Chris did a wonderful job of coordinating the appointment. LOVE that they washed my tuck as a part of the service!

I love getting a new car but always hated the long process. This was the best experience ever! I did a test drive, told them what I needed my payment to be, left my details and went back a few hours later, signed the paperwork and drove away! Kalee was great and David was funny a nice! Great job Astoria Ford! I had to bring my new car in to have a noise checked out and they were great! They figured out what the problem was and they ordered the part and it will be taken care of soon. Very nice to deal with!
