Our salesman was Carlos Pila. We had an awesome experience with Carlos and the whole staff at Arrigo. I came in to help my mother in law trade in a vehicle for another. She loved the new vehicle, they made everything work for what she needed and during the test drive there was a wobble in the front end (this was a low mile 1 year old vehicle). I asked them to check it out and they said they would fix whatever the issue was. Found it to be a broken belt in a tire so they gave her all 4 brand new tires. Thanks for taking care of mom guys, appreciate it!

UPDATE 04/04/2024 Nov 20,2023 Raul from Arrigo reached out and said he would work with me to make this right. I went to the dealership and showed Raul the issue. He order the parts from Mopar immediately. Because it is Jeep, it took a while to get the parts, But Raul was always available and responded promptly to any messages that I sent. Finally after 3 months (would have been sooner but I had a family issue), I was able to drop off my GC and the trim kits were installed. Thank You Raul for taking the time, and making a great effort to resolve this for me. Because of you I am updating the rating UPDATE: 10/16/2023 On Sept 25, 2023 Arrigo responded and asked that I send them the info regarding Arrigo's breaking of all my wooden trim. I emailed them the invoice, and the name of Service Advisor. I did not want to put the SA's name on this review. Since then I have not gotten any response. I was hoping someone would have replied that they had gotten the information and were looking at it. But nothing. Today I sent the 3rd email asking if they needed any more info, but I have not received any response. --------------------------------------------- Took my 2012 GC in for service because the A/C was not working. Arrigo fixed that, but there was a sloshing sound coming from the Vehicle. Arrigo Service said that was normal. It would go away. After 2 months the GC was still "Sloshing". Took it back to Arrigo. When they fixed the A/C they did not replace the drain tube so the water was draining into the vehicle. I did not notice the water, since we have rubber inside and the water was under the rubber. Arrigo agreed to fix the drain issue for Free. They had to remove the dash to fix the issue. In the process of removing the Dash they had to remove the wood interior trim. I guess whoever did this had never removed trim. because instead of removing the trim pieces they tried to "Peel" the wood off the trim. In the process they broke off every wood trim in the vehicle. When I came to pick up the vehicle they never said a word. I get into the vehicle and pieces of wood trim are just hanging off. The passenger side was actually hanging off the door and on the seat. Why would they think I would not notice this. I walked back into the service area and showed them. They said they would fix it. This was in May of 2023. Since then No-one at Arrigo will contact me. I have tried to contact the service rep by phone and text. No Response. I have tried calling the Service manager. No call back. At this point I am at a loss. It is now Sept 2023. My CG that I always took great care of, looks awful.
