It was a pleasant experience. Henry Vu made it a pleasant experience. Henry is such a wonderful human being and very good at his job. He is very patient and took the time with explaining the features of the vehicle my wife and I were interested in. His intentions were to satisfy our needs with his customer service skills. AND, all of this without any pressure to purchase the vehicle. It was quite a bit different compared to my experiences (mostly bad) with other sales tactics at other dealerships.
