I had a good experience today with Cornelius and David Rodgers. I want to thank both for helping me today. Cornelius made me and my siblings feel comfortable. He wasn't trying to sell me a car. He simply asked what im looking for and didn't try to persuade me to buy a Hyundai brand. So thank you for being amazing Cornelius. Thank you, Manager David Rodgers, for going above and beyond on bringing our monthly payments lower than what we initially agreed for, also giving us the 3yr warranty without any extra charges (Yes I did check the contract as I was skeptical) which was unbelievable for us, especially in today's economy. If anyone is looking for a sales person with integrity, Cornelius is the man to go to!

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased and impressed by the professionalism, the customer service, and the friendly demeanor displayed and provided by the Sales and Financing staff at Alexander Hyundai. We went in to explore buying a new car, and multiple members of the staff helped us, paid attention and listened to us as we explained what we wanted, and took special actions to accommodate our needs. We were looking for an EV and the staff pulled one from the garage that had just been traded in. We were able to test drive it right away and sales staff assured us it would be fully refurbished (which it was) to meet certified pre-owned criteria. The staff was very reasonable as we came to terms on a final dollar amount for the sale, warranty, and service package. Plus, the staff was very accommodating about submitting materials for us to claim EV tax incentives when we file next year. We walked away feeling we were listened to, our needs were met, and that we got exactly what we were looking for. An all around positive experience! Special mentions for Donald Garcia, Todd Mark, and Ed Mallory. You all went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. Thank you all!

I take my car here for service regularly l. Rolando is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions and genuinely does his job well. The support is the biggest reason I will continue to go there even though I got my Hyundai from a different lot
