We drove from Bradenton for the Alan Jay experience. Our local dealerships tried to rip us off, and gave us the run around. At Alan Jay we got the deal we wanted and an even better truck than we had originally planned for. We are beyond happy with the new truck and will only shop Alan Jay. So so Happy!

Service rep came out to my car and greeted me by name. He was very friendly and helpful. He offered a complimentary car wash and vacuum. The service was completed in a reasonable time. Overall a pleasant experience.

Our salesman Mario was wonderful to work with. Very pleasant and helpful. If he didn’t know something he was humble enough to answer honestly and say, “I don’t know, but let me find out”. And he did just that. Additionally, he was willing to listen to what WE wanted and not try to steer us somewhere else. Everyone was very kind and so easy to work with.
