I went into the dealership, completely unsure of what vehicle I really wanted. Misha was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. He helped me to select and test drive several vehicles. He then helped me understand how each vehicle compared to my needs/wants. He never pressured me towards any particular choice, and when I made my selection, he worked tirelessly with me to help make sure every single question I had was answered. When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle, he spent a great deal of time with me, helping me understand how all of the features worked, and helped me adjust the settings to my preferences. Since then, he also followed up with quick tips and tricks for me to use as I get to know the car better. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and Misha was by far the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I am thrilled with my purchase and cannot recommend he or Mitchell enough. (And the bow at delivery was a nice touch! )

We had a great experience with the purchase of our new car. Misha was wonderful to work with. He was kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything about the cars we were interested in. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Josh handled the finance process and was very patient taking the necessary time needed to make sure we understood everything. Would absolutely go back to Michelle Volvo of Simsbury!

My husband and I purchased a Volvo XC60 from Mitchell Volvo last week. Our salesperson was Alane and she was exceptional. It was the most pleasant car buying experience we have encountered. No pressure sales! We drove several cars and were provided ample time to make our decision. The week before we had test driven cars at another Volvo dealership, but the experience at Mitchell inspired us to buy locally and they provided very competitive pricing along with their top notch service. My new car is a dream and I look forward to commuting to work daily to get more time behind the wheel.

Samantha was very helpful. She took time to answer and show me solutions to any problems I was having. My only concern is the valet charge if you live more than 28 miles away. I am very disappointed that there is a charge of $100 if you are more than 28 miles away. There is nothing about this charge in any of your emails that I received. I feel that this is very poor customer service.
