It was such a pleasant experience to have my car serviced at Herb Chambers Lexus. My service advisor was friendly and helpful. The wait time was very comfortable in the “lounge” area, where coffee and muffins were offered. My car came back to me fully serviced and sparkly clean. It doesn’t get any better!

This purchase was my forth car/suv from Herb Chamber’s Sharon Mass and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ve alway dealt with Sam P for my previous purchases. We waited 6 months for my SUV to arrive and it was definitely worth the wait. My Lexus RX300 hybrid is gorgeous. This time I dealt with Hung. The courtesy, kindness, knowledge, and friendliness made the experience so much more relaxing. He explained so much as to how my car operates. We took it for a little ride around the block and when we came back, I had a couple questions, that Hung answered. He also sent me video of the car tutorial. Even after our purchase, Hung checked on us (myself and my husband) to see how things were going. I do have to say my car is a little overwhelming but it is totally worth it.
