Even though he was on vacation during the weekends, he was always messaging us right away to make sure we were able to get all the documents we need. I am very happy with my experience with Kevin at Arizona Hybrid cars. I bought a 09 Ford Escape Hybrid from him in Dec 2019. I normally only buy private party, but what I was looking for was not coming up. I took a chance and ended up a great pleasure working with him. Treated me like a human being, super courteous/respectful, was knowledgeable & patient with all my questions, definitely didn't pressure. The Escape was in excellent condition - the price extremely reasonable - and he didn't add ridiculous unnecessary fees, just the tax. A very simple, hassle-free process. He was so kind to discount the price even further discovering the sunroof only vented. He went out of his way to deliver my car, as well! I would definitely do business with Kevin again - he genuinely cares about people getting in the right car for them. Even more - in Sept 2020 when I was having a "potential" hybrid battery problem - I called to pick his brain after I heard what the mechanic said - and he's been so generous to offer advice that has saved me thousands of dollars. Kind, honest people with integrity, are a rare breed in this business!
