I have been to other Mercedes dealerships in south Florida, but none compare to the Fort Lauderdale location! From the second I walked in I felt welcomed and heard. Lance, TK, and Stephanie made sure that my vehicle purchase went smoothly and they made my experience a fabulous & memorable one! When taking the car for a car wash or service, the valet team members are also very helpful, courteous and prompt! In a time where car dealers and salespeople are sometimes looked at in a negative light, I found the exact opposite in my experience with Peter. I can’t thank him enough and I was ever so pleased. Not to mention the fact I had called him, described my needs and less than 48 hours later he had located the PERFECT car for my daughter. I appreciated the tour around the beautiful facility and the introduction to the service manager. It’s these little things which really brought the experience together (and the good coffee). Alisa freeman is the best! Ask for her if you are in search of a car at the Mercedes dealership. She will go out of her way to make sure the customer is satisfied not only with the best price but also when it comes time to pick up your beautiful car. My tire got a cut, likely from hitting something on the road. Worried about safety since I had to head to the highway, I visited a couple of auto repair shops to inquire about patching it. They all advised me to replace the tire. So, I decided to do it at this Mercedes-Benz dealer where is close to me. Very fortunate I met a young gentleman with braids in the service department. ( sorry I didn’t remember his name) . He patiently listened to my concerns, evaluated the cut, and assured me it was minor and shouldn't pose a problem. Despite his reassurance, I was still a bit worried, especially since I was driving to VA. To double sure that I will be safe he then brought in his supervisor, who was incredibly kind, warm, and knowledgeable and good looking ! After inspecting the tire, he also confirmed that I was totally okay and that there was no need to replace it. This experience shattered the stereotype of dealers just wanting to make money. Instead, I received honest treatment and felt grateful to have met such nice people. Their kindness has already gained my trust, and I've decided that this will be my go-to MB service place and future car home.

Let me start off by saying I love my Jeep grand Cherokee and I couldn’t be anymore happier with my purchase. Jason Dutton was my sales guy, very nice gentleman with a calming personality. Jason was one of the best sales guy I’ve ever met. He was so patient with my husband and I and worked the numbers for me. I took the car home and the check engine light came on so I brought the Jeep back to have it checked out and Rudy was my service advisor. Rudy took care of my car and made sure they fixed the codes that were showing. Got the car back and it drives like new. I’m so happy with this dealership these guys really go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Jason and Rudy you guys are amazing.
