I just purchased a 2023 BMW X4M Competition. When I initially called to inquire, Sarah in internet sales answered the phone. Sarah was very, very pleasant, courteous and had a sound fundamental working knowledge base of the BMW product line. Quite impressive, indeed! We spoke a few times on the phone before I decided to come in to check out this vehicle. I also spoke with Kapryse who was also very helpful in taking a few calls and guiding me through the whole process. When I came in, I was introduced to Dee, who would be my sales rep. Like the others I had spoken with on the phone, Dee was very friendly and courteous as we looked at a few 2024 BMW X4M's. We did this just to check and see if there was something I could be as comfortable with as the preowned 2023 X4M COMPETITION that I originally looked at. Dee was patient and helpful as we looked at several vehicles. None of them suited me so, I ultimately decided I would buy the preowned 2023 BMW X4M COMPETITION. As we moved to agree on a price, Dee introduced me to Ira the sales manager. Ira helped to push the final negotiations through regarding the final purchase price. After some minor details were negotiated, Ira helped to close the deal. As I moved through the financing process, Julianna stepped in and made my purchase smooth, effortless and pleasant on all levels. I also briefly met with Paul and Cole who assisted me in setting up the complex electronic "gadgets". I also met with Teresa in service who will be my advisor. Teresa was equally, smooth and professional on all levels and was helpful explaining the service process regarding appointments, maintenance scheduling and vehicle warranty information. Matt in the parts department was of great assistance with my purchase of some new BMW M-PERFORMANCE floor mats. Overall, it was a fabulous experience by a group of highly trained, skilled professionals. Indeed, I highly recommend BMW of Norwood for those who are looking for a new or preowned BMW.????

Been going to BMW of Norwood for over 20 years. I have moved 30 miles away from them since I started going and I make the drive for service there. I do because they take great care of your car and they take great care of the customer. Repairs and Service are always completed successfully and reasonably priced. Teresa Mullen has been my SA for 20+ years and is now the Service Manager, she is a huge reason I go there. She knows the cars, she communicates well to the customer and is a champion and advocate for the customer.
