Fast and easy. Scheduled online. Went in and everyone was very nice. They said come it would take about two hours, it took about two and a half hours...but so what. They sent me a video showing me under my car, and letting me know if things I should look into getting done. Communication via text, which I loved. When I went to get my car they didn't talk about anything else or try to sell me on getting any other work done. Signed some papers and showed me to my car. Will definitely come back.
