He worked with us to get into our dream car and made the paperwork process super quick. He took the time to walk us through the whole vehicle and answer any questions we had. New dealership in Ontario. Lots of new cars to choose from. Our salesman, Joseph, was excellent. He spoke with us and learned our needs. When a new car arrived he called to tell about it and scheduled an appointment. Joseph ensured that we looked at several models and we're informed about the difference equipment that was available. The paperwork process was relatively easy. After the sale Joseph spent all the time necessary to make sure all of the operations and features were fully explained and demonstrated. This was an enjoyable experience.

I was in the market for an electric car. I love the look of Genesis and actually test drove the car at another dealership. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience there and began shopping at different dealerships, six in fact. I was trying to find the exact Genesis GV60 I wanted. I was so blessed to have Eduardo Tinoco take my call. He was so responsive, knowledgeable, pressure-free and honest. I ask a lot of questions and had a very firm price point and he remained unfazed and very patient with me. He said he had the car in stock and negotiated the price online with me, along with his sales manager. They were able to beat every other dealerships’ pricing. I went in for a test drive and I kept waiting for the price to change, or the car to be different color or model, but Eduardo was a man of his word. The car I negotiated was even nicer than the one I had hoped to get. Then Derek Nugyen, the sales manager, came into the picture and I thought once again that they were going to renege on the negotiated price. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that everything we had negotiated was as promised. Derek was quick, professional, and easy to work with. I honestly couldn’t believe it! I walked away with the car of my dreams and the best car-buying experience possible. If you haven’t been to their facility, it is stunning and feels so luxurious. I would recommend anyone to Genesis of Ontario, if you are looking for a dealership with integrity and more specifically, to ask for Eduardo and Derek as your sales team.
