I had to have my 2011 BMW Z4 serviced because of a mechanical failure with my roof. I have used the service department at Fields BMW of Daytona in the past and had confidence they would repair my problem. From the moment I walked into the service area I was greeted warmly by Service Advisor Kelly Jordan. Kelly had me sit down and took the time to listen to my concerns and offered expert advice on the necessary repairs needed and what to expect. Kelley impressed me with her knowledge, personality, and desire to make me a happy camper. The repair took longer than we expected due to parts availability. Kelley kept me informed every step of the way explaining the repair in detail and making me feel like I had a friend looking out for me. Not only did the repair process come out perfectly the service department went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection of my Z offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle.
