Mike spent the better part of the day working out a deal with me remotely. Worked to get me the deal and financing I was looking for. Picked me up at the airport when I flew in. I was unfamiliar with the service department and processes so having the service personnel talk me through all the steps was very helpful. He checked on me as I sat in the waiting area and kept following up with updates. I felt well taken care of. In addition, the vehicle wash was a bonus value-add!
