I got my X5 here 2 months ago and had a great experience. Ross helped me with everything & was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I’m out of state so we handled the trade in value estimate (which isn’t always definite) and numbers over the phone and once I arrived they stayed true to their quote and never tried switch up numbers or decrease my trade in value which sometimes car dealerships will try to do. I was prob there for 45 minutes including showing me the car, setting stuff up for me and paperwork. I had a deposit on another car somewhere else and I’m so glad I decided to go to Greenwich instead. This experience was so easy that I will drive the hour and a half to use them again when I upgrade in a couple years.
