After a miserable 6 months of nothing but issues with a different brand I was convinced to make the switch to BMW. Robin, helped me out tremendously in the sales department, I told him what I wanted and he took it and ran with it. He quickly gave me options with more on the way. He was very transparent throughout the whole process. My boyfriend, who went through the process with me, loved how smoothly and quickly the process was able to go and had decided this dealership and Robin will be his next stop for a new car when he’s ready. Samantha made the finance process easy and made sure I understood everything and answered every single question I had. I will definitely continue doing business with this dealership and look forward to getting my next BMW with Robin’s help in a few years! We had such a great experience leasing an x1, that we went back within a week and leased an X3 as well. Hands-down wonderful customer service and an all around great experience. Nickolas and Andre both assisted us as Sales Representatives with the x1 and Mike T. helped us with the X3. For both purchases, Cris (sales Manager) worked with us and he was outstanding! My wife and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fernando and his team were wonderful, from the phone call representative to the every friendly face in the dealership. My car issues were fixed and I was able to get back home ( 3hrs away) safely. The whole eclipse event had altered many plans like a Rent-a -car. I was able to make an appointment next day, first thing in the morning and they accommodate my school event schedule that I could not miss.
