Fields BMW of Daytona was absolutely amazing. Best customer service, and I didn’t have to wait too long. Very informative and the communication was superb. I enjoyed the experience. Brandon was absolutely amazing he went over everything with me. He also made sure that if i had any questions or concerns to take care of them. They do not push unnecessary repairs on you, but instead take pride in doing a true diagnostic inspection to ensure your vehicle is safe and mechanically sound. Keith was especially attentive and thoughtful of our situation and made sure we were taken care of as far as our transportation while our vehicle was being repaired. Kelly had me sit down and took the time to listen to my concerns and offered expert advice on the necessary repairs needed and what to expect. Kelley impressed me with her knowledge, personality, and desire to make me a happy camper. The repair took longer than we expected due to parts availability. Kelley kept me informed every step of the way explaining the repair in detail and making me feel like I had a friend looking out for me. Not only did the repair process come out perfectly the service department went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection of my Z offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle.
