Excellent experience with Rick Hendrick BMW. My wife and I went shopping for a new sedan, visiting several different dealers and brands. By far our best experience was at Rick Hendrick BMW. Since we were interested in a sedan but uncertain which model or configuration would fit us best, our sales person, Teresa Troutman took us for test drives in several models and configurations. We never felt rushed and she had helpful suggestions after asking what we liked, didn’t like and the types of uses we expected. Even though we knew it was a sales process, it didn’t feel like that and there was no pressure (which we have experienced with other places). I had done a lot of research on the BMW online configuration tool, but driving and discussing the pros and cons in the car made us comfortable with our final decision. Plus Teresa was great about answering follow up questions. The welcoming experience (not to mention. a really good car) cemented our decision to buy from Rick Hendrick BMW. We had to order ours because of our unique requirements, and Teresa kept us up to date on the status or our build. Prepared to wait several months, it was a joy to have our new 330i in about 6 weeks. Final details to pickup the car were fast and easy even on a crazy Saturday. Highly recommend Teresa and the Rick Hendrick BMW dealership.
