I just leased a 2024 Audi. Alicia was thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. She looked for promotions and ways I could save money (I got a discount for simply having a Cistco card). She made sure I was aware of any fees associated with the purchase, she made sure I was knowledgeable about operating my vehicle before allowing me to drive off the lot, and she even fed us while we waited! She is by far the best car salesperson I ever encountered. I probably will stick with Audi just because of her service. Good customer service goes a long way these days.

I’ve had my car for less than one year and unfortunately had to bring it in for service but the Audi team in Orland took great care of me! Daniel is very thorough in explaining what services and charges will be completed so you know what to expect. Daniel and Benjamin are both very helpful provide great service! Look for them if you bring your car to be serviced here ????

I had the pleasure of working with Wendy and Chris to purchase my vehicle. They actually made the painful experience of purchasing a car fun. Wendy is the best salesperson I have ever met. She came in on her day off to ensure that delivery of the car went smoothly and spent a lot of time with me to explain the vehicle- which was extremely helpful. I felt comfortable when I drove my new car off the lot. Wendy followed up with me after the sale and has been very helpful still after the sale…. Many places could care less once you sign those papers and drive off the lot. I am confident that this will not be the case with Wendy, Chris and their team.

I have been a customer of this Audi dealership for 12 years. I recently moved to TN, but was back in town this week to visit. I called last minute as my service reminder notification came on and they were able to fit me in. They took great care of me - as they have been doing for years. Gerald is a superstar - he is professional, courteous and honest . The experience is always very pleasant and easy with Gerald.
