I brought my Audi in for service and every employee I spoke with was kind and polite. My car needed a very expensive repair (one I can’t afford to do) and the staff was understanding and helpful with looking into alternative options. Any one can treat well-off people with respect, but this staff never once made me feel uncomfortable or bad for not being able to afford what needed done.
