We bought a Q4 e-tron. Samuel who is the sales manager helped us thru our buying journey. Samuel is extremely kind and helpful person. Also very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Quite rarely you may see that in other dealers. Although I think their other managers might be servicing in a similar level, I recommend you to look for him when you intend to buy a car from them. Q4 etron is very high quality car, my wife did like it too much and I believe she will drive it for many years

Excellent experience with Palo Alto Audi (5+ start rating). I reviewed a Q7 online, requested more information and received a call within 30 min. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car 30 min later. The Q7 was up front ready for us to test drive. We met Samuel Wong (Sales person) who's an excellent, extremely knowledgeable, easy going Sales person. We decided to purchase the Q7 and the buying process was smooth and easy. Samuel took the worry and hassle out of the process. We had visited 4 other dealerships looking for a Q7 or similar size car. I can say Samuel and Palo Alto Audi was the best and absolutely a first class experience!! Bruce

The Audi dealer service was excellent. The recall was timely addressed, the service personnel explained every aspect of the recall for the e-TRON charging cable, the work was timely completed and the service manager explained the work performed. He also notified me of an additional update battery update that would be required at a future date. Very satisfied with the service.
