I recently had the pleasure of visiting Audi Nyack for servicing my A5, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I called to ask for a service needed to the moment I brought my car and picked it up after service was done. Alan provided all requested information, pricing, and helped to schedule the service. Cory on the other side pick up the car and handle all necessary work during the visit. These guys demonstrated professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to address all my concerns truly set them apart from other dealerships. I am grateful to the service technician also, who worked on my car, and provided recommendations for services need to be done (unfortunately or luckily, I’m taking care of my car and all the recommended service I have already performed). Having visited several Audi service departments in the NYC area, I can confidently say that Audi Nyack stands out as the best.

This is a great dealership with a great sales manager, and Peterson was a great sales rep. They made sure I got exactly the car I wanted. They were extremely patient with my son who o had brought with me as well. Just overall great people and dealership. If you're looking for an Audi I highly recommend going to them.
