I bought my car from Elk Grove Audi, but even after moving to North Sacramento area I still bring my car for service to Elk Grove due to their professional staff that go out of their way to provide exceptional service. I recently brought my car in for my 80K miles service and was provided a brand new loaner car while mine was being serviced. During the multi point inspection there were some mechanical issues that needed to be fixed. Britt communicated to me quickly the issues and was able to cover some of the issues with warranty repair. He was also able to keep me in the loaner for the extra time it took to complete the service which i couldn't have appreciated more so i didn't have to worry about transportation as it was my sole car.
