Brad was really fun to work with! He asked great questions to understand my needs (and lots of wants). He didn’t waste time showing me vehicles that were outside my parameters and did not promote his own agenda. He was very knowledgeable about other vehicles I was considering and was a product expert when it came to Audi. He was patient and never pushy. Great experience all around!
