I purchased a used car from BMW of Houston North. Michael Russo was our salesman and it went very smooth. He was informative yet not overbearing. Upon delivery there was an issue with the backup camera. Michael worked with Cassie in service to fix the issue and installed a replacement camera in no time. Andrew Liao has a customer for life. He is so personable, professional, and proactive. He sold me my dream car last year, answered all my questions, worked with me on features and pricing, and stays in touch with me from time to time to check in. He goes out of his way to say hello and make sure my service appointments go well, too. Adrian is my service advisor and he is on top of things as well. Most recently, he kept me updated and even made sure I got my oil change taken care of early even though I was in for an update and a rock chip. Great service all around. I’m on my third BMW and I’ll never go to a different dealership. North is the best by far in terms of customer experience.

I requested some information on a vehicle. Got a phone call from Chase Mock at the dealership. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable on the BMW line. We discussed a vehicle and agreed on a price. That same day my Wife and I drove 3.5 hours to sign and pick up the vehicle. The dealership was nice with a huge selection of cars. This is my first experience with BMW and it was all positive. Chase was absolutely great, ensuring that I understood the buying process each step of the way and then the vehicle itself. Chase also helped me get a BMW rebate from my military service and ID.me. Overall great buying experience. As for the car, way above the rest. I am very surprised at the options included that others (Toyota) will nickel dime you to death for. Right now, the car is too new to me for a review, but the first day with it was NICE…. The drive, power, options and looks are top notch. BMW of Houston North is the place to go. ????
