I dealt with Niko as a salesman and Thiago the finance manager. Carnova was reasonable and accommodating throughout the process. They required I have a pre-purchase inspection prior to sale, which showed their confidence in the quality of the inventory they have. The company is run by young entrepreneurs that understand that car sales is now about customer connection and not the cars themselves, though they do have good cars. Give them a try.
