Thursday September 26th 2024 i drove an hour and a half and picked up my 2020 Audi R8 from Autohaus Lancaster and had a great experience from beginning to end. Hernan was my salesman and was extremely helpful with everything and made the buying experience smooth. Laurie in Finance was also extremely helpful with securing me a great rate on the financing end of things. Highly recommend Autohaus Lancaster

I just recently bought a car from Audi and everyone was wonderful, especially Courtney in sales. She is so personable, friendly, and was more than understanding of our unique situation during the time we were looking into vehicles. If I could give her a 6/5 stars I would! Ask for Connor!! I wasn’t looking to buy a car. I got an email about trading in my 19’ and just ran numbers to see what would happen. Connor reached out and I came in to test drive a car, the numbers made sense but I didn’t love the car. I then saw another car on the lot, a used 24 SEL. I fell in love with the laundry list of tech in this car, and can honestly say if you are considering a trim level, the SEL is worth every dollar. Connor was super cool to work with, and very honest. The entire dealership was the best dealership experience I’ve had to date. From reception, to finance and to sales everyone was nice, honest, and I didn’t feel like I was at a dealership at all. I highly recommend Autohaus Lancaster for any of your car needs, and highly recommend to ask for Connor!

Today I was able to pick up my Alfa Romeo from the team at Autohaus! I drove a hair over 5 hours to get a car sight unseen and cannot stress how amazingly Chuck (sales) described the car and photo’d it for me prior to! The car was filled up and ready to rock when I got there! To back up the incredible process Ian the finance manager at the store had all the paperwork ready to go and did a great job explaining it all to help me make the best decision possible! I would recommend anyone to these guys! If they got another car of interest I wouldn’t even hesitate to make the drive again! Thank you!
