First visit to find out about license plate bracket for a Sprinter 2500. Mike Taylor set me straight about what was needed, or not needed, and he saved me $168. Installed front plate for me too. If the rest of the organization is like my first experience with Mike, then they’re top notch in my book. Update: First “A” service on Sprinter, per owner’s manual. Still a 5-star organization as far as execution is concerned BUT a 1-2 STAR for pricing value. OUCH!! $566 for basically a 13-quart synthetic oil oil change plus cursory checks of other items, which would not be problematic at only 7,900 miles. For Service “B” next, will probably price out services (oil change + brake fluid change) separately. Will also investigate independent shop pricing.

The whole team is great. They do pickup / Dropoff which is nice. They gave me a good loaner this last time. Dan the service advisor is very communicative and friendly. Addressed all of my issues.
