Purchased a 2021 vehicle today. Jimmy Howard in sales was outstanding. He was informative, kind, and met my tough timeline. He went to bat for me. Highly recommend him. Eric who handled the paperwork also was very kind. Had a wonderful experience across the board. Keep up the good work!!!

Thank you guys so much! The used car guys are amazing to work with. They got me into the truck quick and painless! I can’t thank the used car team enough for my dream truck! If you are in the market for a car go see Kyle.

John helped my husband and I purchase our first car together and he made the process seamless. We live in Austin, TX and he kept us looped in throughout the entire process. We have been looking for a specific Mercedes for several months now without much luck. My husband happened upon the Betten listing and was able to get into contact with John almost immediately. John was gracious enough to give us a video call and show us the car and provide us with details. He was very responsive over the phone and helped us throughout the negotiation process. We very quickly reached a deal and John helped us purchase the car from 1000 miles away. When we met John in person, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We can't thank him enough! Everyone we interacted with at Betten were friendly and helpful. For our first car purchase (across several states), we couldn't have asked for a smoother process.

I was a first time customer to Betten Imports coming for service on my VW Golf. After arriving, I was greeted by Anderson who was very helpful, and provided me with expectations for the visit. He provided me updates, and gave me a quick run down on the results. His helpful interactions, and the results of the service visit were exceptional. I was very happy, and will return again when needed.

5 stars goes to John our salesman. He was great to work with, was my partner’s first time buying a car and he did a great job explaining and helping us find/buy the car. Where my problem lies is with their service department. After driving the car home directly from purchase, we could hear the obvious sound of warped rotors coming from the rear. I made John aware and he jumped right on it and got us scheduled to bring it in. When dropping the car off well after hours, I noticed the door to the service bay was slightly cracked open. I walked inside to see if anyone was there and there was no one. I immediately texted John to let him know and locked the door behind me. But definitely could have been bad considering customer vehicles were inside and unlocked… Morning rolls around and the service advisor calls to say our car is ready and there’s nothing wrong and “It’s probably just rust”. We had to call back and beg them to drive it again to which they reluctantly did only to find WARPED REAR ROTORS! The used car department ended up covering the bill which probably a bit came out of John’s commission which is wrong. Service should have ate that one! Considering the issue made it through their “172 point inspection”. You’d think checking the brakes and rotors would’ve been one of them. I guess not. In summary, their Service department needs to do some deep reflection, and put their egos aside. Definitely would’ve let us go home with warped rotors. John’s a great salesman, 5/5 stars to him and the used car manager! Service sucks.
