Where do I begin? Alexis is the person to go to if you need a car. She turned my very unpleasant experience buying my first car into one that I was extremely pleased with. Nobody will ever be able to sell me a car again, other than her. I don’t feel like she was just trying to sell me a car the entire time. She treated me like we knew each other for years and we instantly connected. She definitely knows how to brighten someone’s day, especially with the week I was having. I came for a car that I didn’t end up liking aesthetically but due to the service she provided I forgot all about the dealership hopping stress and she gave me the motivation to keep going. It felt like we were going through this together. I believe God brought me to her so she can give me hope. I was driving by the dealer and decided to try it out we met and clicked instantly I ended up calling out of work and exploring other options with her and leaving with a Mercedes C300. Drove all way from Kendall to coconut creek not knowing the outcome! Liam told me head over so I listened! Treated us very nice had a lot of patience & I came out with a beautiful GLE 350 I’m so happy with my car! They were very understanding of what I needed and took care of me!
