Drove there from the Springs to look at a car and was not disappointed. The car was waiting for us in front of the dealership, ready to drive. It was immaculate. They did not waste our time, made sure we were comfortable, did not jerk us around and were fair. Considering it was an extremely busy weekend (Labor Day) and this was not their brand, they were still very attentive. Joe M. was an excellent sales consultant. Very calm, low pressure, and the communication leading up to the actual meeting in person was outstanding. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. Joe and I were having a brief conversation towards the end of the transaction, and I was commenting on the process and how smooth it was (I used to work at a BMW dealership) and he made a quote that stuck with me. He said something to the effect of, "we don't give customers a reason to ever get angry here." I believe it. Thank you for the stellar customer service, the wonderful car and a great overall experience for my family and me. -Ryan K.

I continue to get the best service at this Mercedes Benz service department. I took my car in for a routine service at 4:00pm and I was able to pick up first thing the next morning. Super quick and easy! The attendants are super helpful and amazing to work with. One of my favorite aspects is they send you a video of the technicians overview of what they did and any recommendations. They said my car was up to par no unnecessary extras was needed. I already love my car, this makes the experience that much better! Thanks Austin!

I can't speak highly enough about the GM, Greg Romano, and my Sales Consultant, Tony. When I voiced a complaint, they reached out immediately. To resolve my issue, they went above and beyond, even though they were under no obligation to do so. Honestly, most dealers would have done nothing, especially since it involved taking a car back and potentially losing profit. Their exceptional service earned them a customer for life, and I will highly recommend them to others. Another noteworthy aspect of this process was how Greg stood up for Tony and his team. He pushed back on one of my comments, showing strong support for his team. Having managed people throughout my career, I know the value of having your team's back. In today's world of customer service, the idea that the customer is always right is prevalent. However, customers often jump to conclusions without knowing all the facts, as I did. It was refreshing and classy for Greg to call it out and support his team. I highly recommend anyone searching for a car to see Tony.

Was on the verge of leaving a bad review, but have since changed my mind. After leaving $40,000 cash and my Range Rover trade in, I asked to use the G63 that I bought off the showroom floor to go get $10,000 more. Jeff, one of the finance guys told me I can’t take it, that I need to take my car. Extremely insulting to someone spending $175,000 at your dealership. In the past, McDonald Automotive let me use a car I was buying from them to bring them $20,000, three days later... Tisk tisk Mercedes. Joe Madesian was the salesperson that helped me here, and Joe, you deserve 10 stars! I came back less than a week after having the car to bring in the spare key to the Range Rover I traded in, and I finally got a chance to speak to Greg, the GM. He was kind enough to apologize and let me know that had he been there, he would have definitely let me take the car I was buying, to go get the remaining $10,000. I also mentioned some brake squeak and trim hanging off the fender. Greg said they’d take care of it, and we set an appointment today for later this month. I don’t know what’s up with finance guys always being arrogant. But whatever. Overall, I had a great experience and I recommend this dealership 100%. Thanks guy!!! :)
